Jakarta (ANTARA) – Pelatih Juergen Klopp mengaku kaget dengan buruknya performa sejumlah pemainnya saat dikalahkan Atalanta 0-3 pada leg pertama babak perempat final Liga Europa di Anfield, Jumat pagi WIB.Pelatih asal Jerman itu melakukan lima perubahan susunan pemain saat Manchester United ditahan imbang 2-2 di Old Trafford, Minggu (7/4), termasuk menurunkan Curtis Jones, Harvey Elliot, Kostas Tsimikas, Ibou Konate, dan Cody Gakpo.
Namun dengan susunan pemain tersebut, Liverpool justru tertinggal 0-1 di babak pertama, kemudian Klopp mengubah susunan pemain di babak kedua dengan memasukkan Mohamed Salah, Dominik Szoboszlai, Andy Robertson, Luis Diaz, dan Diogo Jota.
Namun hal tersebut tetap tak mengubah permainan Liverpool yang kalah 0-3 dari Atalanta lewat dua gol Gianluca Scamacca dan gol penutup Mario Pasalic.
“Ada banyak penampilan malam ini yang mengejutkan saya. Seperti, ‘oops, saya tidak tahu kenapa dia bermain seperti itu’,” ujar Klopp seperti dilansir AFP, Jumat.

Klopp pun meminta para pemainnya segera melupakan kekalahan tersebut dan bangkit untuk laga Liga Inggris melawan Crystal Palace akhir pekan ini.
