Persija ended a series of bad results after beating Dewa United 4-1

Dewa was able to reduce the deficit in the 37th minute after Risto Mitrevski’s penalty kick successfully found the back of Persija’s goal and changed the score to 1-2. This score lasted until the first half ended.

Entering the second half, Persija managed to change the score to 4-1 in just five minutes through two goals scored by Ryo Matsumura in the 51st and 56th minutes.

Trailing by three goals, Dewa tried to reduce his deficit again, but Andritany’s alert performance ruined this opportunity.

Persija had a golden opportunity through Rizky Ridho’s free kick, but it was blocked by Dewa goalkeeper Sonny Stevens.

In the remaining time, both teams continued to play an attacking game, but nothing matured so that the score of 4-1 for Persija’s victory remained until the end of the match.

Next, Persija Jakarta will play a tough match against Persib Bandung in the 28th week, while Dewa United hosts Persikabo 1973.
